[ Weiss is takes a little longer to get ready than Jaune does. She's got some a dress on at least, but she's definitely still blowdrying her hair.

Unlike Jaune's whispering, she raises her voice more loudly than the dryer. It's a miracle she heard him even making noise, even if she didn't understand what he said. ]

I'll be out in a few minutes, just go ahead and wait in my room!

[aurabble]

[He's unfazed when he hears the hair dryer. Weiss puts a lot of effort into her appearance so he can't be surprised. He shouts this time, maybe a little too loudly.]

Okay!

[He'll just...kind of wander around. Without being too invasive.]

[whiteas]

[ Weiss takes another good 30 minutes before she even comes out and heads over to grab her shoes. Frost is definitely attempting to walk on Jaune's feet the whole time though. ]

Okay, just let me get my boots on.

[aurabble]

[He isn't impatient. In fact it's almost like he's used to it. He leans down to try to pet Frost, entertained by the puppy alone.]

No rush.

[Lmao oh yeah Weiss is so short without her heels.]

[whiteas]

[ Boosts to the ceiling with her heels! Or at least up to 5'3". like she can break 5' with the heels on, that's what's important.

Frost is attempting to make sure his paws are the ones on top of Jaune's hands. No matter what. It is a determination!! ]

Alright, ready when you're finished playing with my dog.

[aurabble]

[She's tiny and she could also beat him up if it came to a 1-on-1 match. He knows this.

Frost's determination is admirable. He is also determined to win! The battle that determines all of Remnant is at hand.]

Huh?

[He glances up just quickly enough.]

[whiteas]

[ HE IS DISTRACTED! FROST STRIKES. BOTH PAWS ON TOP. A TINY YIP. HE DECLARES VICTORY! ]

Did you just lose to my dog..?

[ONE MOMENT OF WEAKNESS. ONE MOMENT AND ALL HIS STRUGGLING WAS IN VAIN.

Jaune hangs his head, mumbling pathetically.]

He's a tactical expert.

[whiteas]

I'm sure.

[ Weiss comes over and picks Frost up, then taps her foot on the floor as she waits for Jaune to get up and get out of her room. ]

[aurabble]

Okay, okay, I'm done getting ready.

[He holds his hands up and stands back up to leave Weiss's room.]

[whiteas]

Let's get going then. Frost, home.

[ Frost hops off the bed and goes and crawls into a little compartment on the side of Weiss's bed. Weiss heads toward the door while Frost watches and waits until they leave to get back up. Once they're on the stairs the little jingling of his collar can be heard running around behind them. ]

[aurabble]

See you later, Frost.

[Jaune waves at him and walks beside Weiss. He glances over his shoulder suspiciously before finally turning around.]

Weiss, I think he wants to come with us. Do you want to come with us, Frost? [He kneels down near him.]

[whiteas]

He always wants to come with me everywhere.

[ Weiss rolls her eyes as Frost runs right for Jaune, wagging his whole butt instead of just his tail. ]

[aurabble]

We're going to see other dogs. Maybe he'd like that.

[Do you want to go see other dogs, Frost? Jaune pets him, then turns to Weiss. You know what. He's going to try to look at her pleadingly.]

Please, Weiss?

[whiteas]

[ Weiss sighs and puts her forehead in her hand. ]

Fine. But he'll get tired after walking for about a block and a half, so you get to carry him.

[aurabble]

[Jaune beams.]

Come on Frost, we're going for a walk! High-five! [He holds his hand out and doesn't care whether or not Frost follows or that it makes him look like a dork he's just excited about this whole thing okay.]

[whiteas]

[ Frost knows what 'walk' means alright, so Jaune's high five is getting 100% ignored in favor of going and getting his leash from the box under Weiss's end table and bringing it back to Jaune. ]

That was a great high five, Jaune.

[aurabble]

[Ahhhh did Frost just read his mind! Jaune looks so amazed, in awe as he takes the leash and gingerly puts it on Frost.]

Wasn't it? Frost is really smart, Weiss. Kind of like you.

[whiteas]

He's well-trained, that's all. I mean, he picks things up fairly quickly so he's still smart, but he does that any time you say the w-word.

[ Weiss is heading down the stairs already and Frost is hopping one step at a time. Jaune may have to go slow, Frost is smaller than the stairs are. ]

[aurabble]

Did you train him? It sounds hard.

[Weiss-sized dog is tiny. Jaune slows down when he sees Frost hopping.]

[whiteas]

It's not that hard once you get the hang of it, but you have to be consistent.

[ Frost is more careful about his hopping when on the leash, but one day Jaune will see Frost full-hopping steps.. for now it's just a quick hopstep. ]

[aurabble]

But he's so cute. I don't know if I could say no to him about anything--Weiss!

[His voice rises in pitch as he points at Frost.]

Weiss he hopped!

[whiteas]

I know it's hard, but you have to learn.

[ She takes a deeeeep, slow breath, then moves back to Jaune and Frost, then unhooks the leash. ]

Downstairs, Frost!

[ And at full speed, he hops all the stairs, 4 paws on each step for each hop, the entire way down and barks when he gets to the bottom. There are pleasures that are too good for the world. Watching Frost do that is something Weiss looks positively ecstatic about. It is one of them. ]

[He clasps his hands, looking in complete awe at Frost. Frost is the most adorable dog on any world he does a Jaune equivalent of a squeal which is just a loud gasp and leans down to talk to him.]

Good job, Frost! You killed those stairs. You're so cute. Weiss he's so cute. Did you train him to be cute?

[whiteas]

No, Jawwwne. No one can twain that wevew of cutie. It's 100% natural.

[ Weiss sounds just as in awe of Frost as Jaune is, maybe more. Even though it's her dog.. ]
