Example: You don't want to explicitly ask her out yet but you want to show off. You could tell me what gym you work out at and your usual time, I could tell her I want to try a new place and ask her to come with me. You get to seem effortlessly impressive by lifting your maximum weights as we come in.

I can refer her to your favorite hot spots to increase the chance of you two meeting up "accidentally." She's technically new right now, she'll be looking for all the best places and as her friends I do have recommendation priority.
