[It's a lot to take in. And though Yang wouldn't say she was...interested...in Mercury, she had to admit that he was fun, and she liked being around him, and she definitely enjoyed their playful verbal sparring.]
[If Weiss had put it any other way, knowing their evil twins had slept together would have been just the thing for Yang to slam on the brakes permanently. She just doesn't mess around with guys that her friends are interested in. It's too messy, too complicated, and just not worth it when the sea is full of shirtless fish. But she listens to the explanation, paying attention to both how Weiss felt then and how she feels now.]

Weiss and Mercury getting together only happened in the most convoluted of circumstances though, but if Yang was interested- whether for fun or seriously- they were convoluted circumstances she didn't want to keep to herself. ]
People could stand to tell me more often. Anyway, there's nothing wrong with fun. Sometimes it's what you need.
[It doesn't show, but her metal arm lifts slightly as Yang's gaze falls to look at it for a moment.]
It's something I haven't had in a long time. I guess I do need that.

Speaking of fun, Gwen and I want to throw a Halloween party for everyone. You know any places big enough for something like that? You know, that we can rent for free?
I think Gale was working on something for Halloween. He hasn't sent out the formal invitations yet but he does own a couple of clubs and he was talking about it, so he's certainly got the space. I'm sure he'd appreciate a team-up with someone with plenty of party planning experience and my personal recommendation.

Oh yeah, I just met that guy! Or...re-met him? I guess the previous me used to work for him, so at least I know I've got a back-up for part-time work if this bounty hunting stuff hits a dry spell. A dance club would rock for a Halloween party, though, I'll hit him up for it. Thanks!
