In case you missed it, Tannusen broadcasted a distressing video on the night of the 29th. I managed to find him before anyone else. I had presumed that someone would have called the paramedics, but I guess I was wrong since no one showed. [ There's a bit of a pointed glare. He's judging all of them for not taking their jobs seriously and acting. Except Weiss since she was busy being kidnapped and he can't really hold it against her.
He will continue to judge them unless effective action is taken. If none is, he'll have to take it into his own hands. ]
[Having a face helped lots more when it comes to tracking people, especially since she hadn't talked to such a person yet. Lucky for them, reapers need only a name and face to find anyone, the trouble may be apprehending them. If they've poisoned someone, then they probably don't fight fair. It wouldn't be hard to search the network for a face while she scouts, at least until they get an actual image to her.]
On it. You may wish to get extradition forms ready in case he isn't a citizen of my area. I'm going out now. I'll give my deputies a heads up.
[With being a military level computer programmer meant being able to put in algorithms when searching for a name or even part of a name, so she came up with this conversation from way back. She also picked up some audio by the same man that used the same sort of name. Who else would use such a unique sounding name? If it isn't him, then she'll start again.]

[He looks at the info Grell's sent their way.] I don't recognize him, so it could be him, or this could just be one of the many people I haven't met here. Can't say for certain.
It's almost like I was doing it solo and it was me versus an entire circus.
[Now his tone is sounding more annoyed, but he's leaving it at that. Between Icy's attack and this circus in such close succession, even his patience is wearing a little. He's used to being chastized, but he can't seriously be expected to be a miracle worker in a world of magic and god knows what else. Luckily, he's far more interested in working with people than arguing with a deputy from another city.]
