Hi Lucy Well that's good timing. If she's interested, I'd be happy to show her around and give her a basic "Guardian" tour, even if it's different in Nova City than in Fayren.
[ A beat. ] Though I know my way around the Fayren Guardian office pretty well anyway, even if it's likely been remodeled since I was last in there.
At the very least if she gets an idea of what the job is, there'll be more of a chance of her succeeding. [ A beat. ] Though just so we're clear, I'm absolutely about to get a modifier of "controversial" for my title because I'm trying something only a very small handful of people who know yet support, so it may be best to keep any associations with me quiet for a while if you end up choosing to keep them at all.
If you think that's for the best, but.. well, you probably don't have to worry about us cutting ties. Fairy Tail is known for being controversial back home, and we aren't changing our ways just because we're in a new world. Erm... are you able to say what that thing is, or is it so experimental you don't even want to bring it up?
I'm sealing records for a couple of known murderers from our world in exchange for their peace and cooperation. It's not a secret and I plan on talking to the paper about it before it gets out without giving me a chance to say something, but I'm going to talk to my housemates first. I know it sounds like a bad idea, but it's the right thing to do.
