[ Weiss gets a lot of requests. For help, for information.. clothes is a new one, especially from someone she's only had a single conversation with. Either she's someone important to him or he's just a big moocher.
Given his disposition and attitude, she's guessing it's not the second one which makes her a little more inclined to consider it. He doesn't seem like the type who would ask for something unless he couldn't get it himself. Since he hasn't been here long, he's guessing that neither of them have enough money to build an entire wardrobe yet. ]
It's fine this once, just don't go spreading around the word that I'm lending out my clothes. She can have one outfit and I'll see about taking her shopping to get something actually tailored to her.
