I have the paper work for the purchase of the land near our house. I just need you to look it over and make sure it all looks good. I’ve also priced the construction of the stable, talked to an Aster Tech salesmen about having robot made to handle the stable work and priced safety and security features for the stable.
If it all looks fine to you we can have it all ready to go before the weekend.

It's not like I didn't expect that we would have to do this. It's easier to do this than it would be to move. But yeah, It will be. It will have room for at least 6, not that I am expecting for us to get more, but the extra room won't hurt.
I'm not going to even pretend to be as business savvy as you are, so I'd trust your judgement more. Plus, you have to sign the paper too. It's going to be in both of our names.
Please, you do plenty well for yourself for someone who's claiming not to be business savvy. [ She smiles warmly. ] Soon enough everything's going to have both our names on it, you know. Not just the horses and the stable.
