[The Doctor flashes a smile over at Spock, but waits his turn, since Eddy has some input, as well as Weiss--and he snaps his fingers and points to her as she asks if that's what he's referring to.]
Haven't tested it, myself, tempting though, 'specially if we've got someone a bit telepathic, well... besides myself.
[He glances at Spock, at that, with a bit of an enigmatic smile, although he isn't about to explain any of the several reasons why just like that.]
Disappearing's int'resting, as well, probably not a teleport, th'way you describe it, usually a residual energy discharge from those, and anyway, this place seems more likely to have perception filters orrr a holographic blind, possibly even dimensional engineering--curved spaces, statistical membranes, that sort of thing--definitely worth investigating but like you say-
[He flashes a smile back to Weiss, at that.]
-can't exactly go about making dead people, probably ought to be at the ready in case one shows up, though.
[A nod to Ed for having the right idea already, there.]
Rainbow's int'resting, as well, obviously implies premier access, doesn't it, so, how much d'we actually know about these pendants, exactly? Guessing the short answer's, 'not enough' but whatever we've got could be important.
[So that's at least three avenues of investigation he's counting so far.]
Vulcans are telepaths. While I have not honed the ability to mastery yet, I might be able to be of some assistance. I would suggest we discuss the possibility after this discussion has concluded as to not veer from the main predicament we are facing.
Mr. Nygma, might I inquire as to why you kept this information to yourself and chose not to divulge it to another? Even with the lack of a dead body to use one of us might have been able to collect some more information had we known about this prior to this moment.
[And finally, to Weiss.]
Miss Schnee, I am uncertain as to the significance of the rainbow pendant. Most of us who were brought here contain pendants with more than one city's color; many contain all four. What makes these ones so much different from our own? Also, you mentioned the barrier is similar to that of the one that surrounds us in totality. Does this one also have a mechanism in play that renders anyone who gets to close to it unconcious?
[Spock pauses for a moment, looking at the room on faces.] There is one very obvious solution to the issue of us being unable to fabricate the dead body: one of us dies. While it may be considered highly unethical, we know with certainty that the person will come back to life so the harm is minimal. This would provide us the opportunity to study them up close.

SO SORRY
