Yes, and to be familiar with the area. You've never been to Atlas, so it'd be impossible for you to do it, before you get any ideas.
The only ones who could do it would probably be Ironwood, Winter, Flynt, or myself. I can't ask that of any of them and frankly? Opening up Atlas would give everyone here access to the SDC and the Atlesian military, along with some of the most advanced technology from our world.
Yang would be better off getting something that's available here, especially if something happens and the Dust goes the way it typically does outside of Remnant's atmosphere.
