At about 8:00 AM, Octodad would be seen walking up towards the receptionist desk of the Schnee Headquarters where he immediately asks about his 8:15 interview with a Miss Weiss, Schnee. He's dressed in a blue three-piece suit and tie as he heads towards where the receptionist tells him to go.

Weiss opens the door for him as soon as he reaches her office, though she doesn't hold it and wait for him to come in. He can handle that on his own, she's sure. Of course, once she gets a look at him she's going to be staring at him for a good few, long seconds. He definitely doesn't look human, and if he is, he's got some kind of weird deformity. But.. despite Weiss's ingrained instinct to shut the door, she knows far better by now. Sure, he's not a Faunus, but that doesn't mean he's a hateful human-hating creature like Mewtwo and it certainly doesn't mean that he's bad.
"I'm Weiss. I take it you're... 'Octodad'?"

Octodad is totally a normal-looking human as he walks up into the office. He holds out his 'hand' to shake Weiss' burbling that yes he is Octodad, and that it was nice to meet her. His hand, though rather smooth, is at least dry (thanks to using a napkin to remove the normal wet feeling before entering) and he has quite the firm handshake too.

Weiss would look very irritated when she came in. Most people would say she probably looked about average since she can be a very irritable person, but in this case the cause was certainly this person.

Or just fight her herself, but Weiss knew she would make a mess given her fighting style involving ice, and Armin would probably get frustrated.

"Considering essentially anyone with half an ounce of experience in their world comes in here claiming they're more powerful than everyone else here, I'm not feeling very threatened. Frankly? It's obnoxious. If you want a successful company, go work for it like everyone else has to here."
Weiss sounded more exasperated. Honestly, if this new person was going to continue acting like an overconfident child, she'd likely just walk out on here. Weiss looked like she was trying her damned well hardest not to roll her eyes.

"That sounds boring. Pass~" If there was anything Nui hated, it was being unoriginal though, so she hopped off the desk and sat down on a chair.

"No, it's not. That's the Genessian Scientific Research Foundation. While I founded it, I'm not a scientist so I'm not particularly involved in the actual research."

"I'm not really interested in the technical stuff anyway. Are you saying you haven't found anything useful? How long has it been around?"
"I never said anything like that. I said I'm not involved in the actual research because I'm not a scientist. I'm a huntress, an heiress, and a CEO. We've found out quite a bit of useful information, even if we don't know how to get home yet. The Foundation was founded in May, and we've still found out more than most people have for years before that."
Weiss crossed her arms, leaning back just slightly.

I had been interested in granting mundanes an opportunity to become active in the police force, so had placed the weapons development team in charge of creating an assist vehicle that would aid in sorties with higher risk of danger to them. Unfortunately they still suffer from taking damage from heavy fire too quickly.
I have been in talks with former Deputy Guardian Troy Dantes, who possesses technology that should provide better defense against the supernatural occurrences. He has 'donated' ten androids, flight capable, with the specific purpose of handling spirits and the like. The research team is in the process of understanding the technology behind it so that we can outfit others with similar weaponry.
Coincidentally he is a hard-working, honest, and rather resourceful man. In the event you have yet to decide upon a Deputy Guardian, I would highly recommend seeking him out.
I do not know if you are aware of Athrun Zula, but he possesses what is called a 'mobile suit' of armor called Infinite Justice. It stands taller than many buildings and I have been working with him to outfit a firearm similar to the droids mentioned above. We have reviewed the layout of the city and have determined that, as is, it will not be simple to move it about without causing some sort of structural damage. I have spoken with the city planner about the possibility of shifting the city's structure in the event it is needed.

They may have had a rough patch with how things went during the election, and she's certainly not going to be able to be 100% okay with how Satsuki regards Sun, but she's definitely glad that Satsuki isn't going to leave her high and dry. I haven't made any final decisions yet, but he was amongst the possibilities and from what I hear regarding your recommendation, he may be toward the top of the list. I appreciate it.
